Quality Systems and Working Methods

All of our operations are enshrined in our Quality Management System, which is accredited by DNV to ISO 9001 standard. This system includes a procedure for the reporting of non-conformances, site based quality control, and senior management review.

We operate a sophisticated Risk Management system whereby risks are identified, assessed and controlled. In many cases we are able to offer alternative designs and solutions, which minimise and often eliminate significant risks to the project. We believe in the early involvement of scheme planning and design, to enable efficient design and specialist skills to be harnessed early in the process.

Together with key sub-contractors we control our works methodology through Live Risk Registers, Safety Method Statements, task briefings and programme monitoring. Productivity monitoring is also a key site management tool in successful project delivery.
