Partnering

Balvac is currently involved in a number of framework contracts accounting for over 70% of our turnover.

Evidence of this Partnering approach can be found on our current Construction Management Framework project for the Highways Agency. A “Community” team approach, focussed on delivering projects to the mutual benefit of all parties, has been adopted and is the cornerstone to the success of the project. This success was recognised recently when the team won the Contract Journal Award for Long Term Partnering. In making the award one judge commented:

“The winners defined what they wanted in terms of results for everyone in the partnering arrangement. They had clearly set out goals and there was clear measurement of the results.”
