In recent years Balvac has actively sought to form enhanced working relationships with our customers and suppliers. In many cases these relationships have strengthened over time and as a result Balvac now undertakes extensive repeat business for many of our clients, demonstrating a significant level of customer satisfaction.
We operate a customer feedback system where we seek assessment of our performance at the end of every project. This performance measurement provides valuable information and enables us to improve service to our customers.
