Over the years Balvac has received many accolades from satisfied customers, and we are very proud of these achievements. We are focused on successful project delivery through an understanding of our customer's needs.

We have found that attention to customer issues is essential to the success of a project. We have strong site management systems which focus on issues such as traffic management, customer interfaces, protection of the public, monitoring disturbance, resident liaison and communication.

Balvac received a score of 39.5 out of a possible 40 in a Considerate Constructors Inspection in July 2006. The Inspector commented that,

'The high standards already achieved by the site management team are continuing, and I congratulate all concerned.'
